Ikajuqtiqiit Ltd. (IKA) is jointly owned between Sakku Investments Corp. (50%) and Taparit Developments Ltd. (50%).

The company currently owns a commercial/residential complex within the downtown core of Rankin Inlet with commercial leases to the Royal Bank of Canada, Canada Post and Worker's Compensation Board.
