Larga Kivalliq Inc. (Larga) is jointly owned by Sakku Investments Corp. (50%) and Nunasi Corporation (50%). The company holds 51% ownership of Kivalliq Development Corporation (KDC), which operates an Inuit medicalboarding home in Winnipeg. The boarding home provides an integral service to Kivalliq Inuit that are required to travel for medical and other reasons.

Participation in KDC provides a source of Sakku earnings while allowing Sakku Directors opportunity to influence operations and express community concerns over the medical homes operation.
