NCC Investments Group

Partnership:Nunasi Corp., Kitikmetot Corp., Sakku Investments Corp. & Qikiqtaaluk Corp.

Based in Iqaluit, the NCC Investments Group is a holding company for the Nunavut Construction (1999) Corporation, NCC Properties Ltd, and NCC Development Ltd.

It is owned by all four of Nunavut's Inuit birthright corporations (Nunasi Corporation, Kitikmeot Corporation, Sakku Investments, and Qikiqtaaluk Corporation.. These companies are all active participants in the construction boom currently taking place in the communities of Nunavut. The Nunavut Construction Corporation (NCC) was the developer responsible for financing, constructing, and managing the additional offices and staff housing that were required by the Government of Nunavut (GN), to enable the GN to commence operations in April, 1999.

NCC was incorporated in 1995. As a result of a Partnering Arrangement agreed to by the Government of Canada, Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated and Nunavut Construction Corporation NCC was given the task of developing the infrastructure project for the new Government of Nunavut.
